Her work has been featured in publications, such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, Food52, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Gourmet Traveller, delicious. Magazine, BBC Good Food, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Stylist, The Splendid Table, Oprah.com, BuzzFeed, Broadsheet, The Kitchn, Pastry Arts, and Bake from Scratch Magazine. She has written for the ABC, and worked in creative collaboration with luxury brands, like Gucci, Gail Sorronda, and Valrhona. She has done work in radio, television, and film, as for Sofia Coppola’s The Beguiled (2017). Her anticipated debut cookbook, Wild Sweetness was published in 2021, with her anticipated follow-up, Bittersweet, releasing in 2026. Thalia resides in Australia but travels often in pursuit of sweetness.
