Her work has been featured in publications, such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, Food52, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Gourmet Traveller, delicious. Magazine, BBC Good Food, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Teen Vogue, Oprah.com, BuzzFeed, Broadsheet, The Kitchn, The Splendid Table and Bake from Scratch Magazine. She has written for the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), and worked in creative collaboration with brands, like Gucci and Valrhona. She has done work in radio, television, and film, as for Sofia Coppola’s The Beguiled (2017). Her anticipated debut cookbook, Wild Sweetness was published in 2021, with a forthcoming second release scheduled for 2026.
