Thalia won both Editor’s and Reader’s Choice in SAVEUR Magazine’s Blog Awards for “The Best Baking and Sweet’s Blog” in 2016. Her work has been featured in publications, such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, Food52, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Gourmet Traveller, delicious. Magazine, BBC Good Food, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Teen Vogue, Oprah.com, BuzzFeed, Broadsheet, The Kitchn, The Splendid Table and Bake from Scratch Magazine. She has written for the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), and worked in creative collaboration with brands, like Gucci and Valrhona. She has done work for radio, television, and film, as in Sofia Coppola’s The Beguiled (2017). Her anticipated debut cookbook, Wild Sweetness, was published by Harper Design in 2021. Thalia resides in Australia but travels the world often in pursuit of sweetness.
