Thalia Ho writes the award-winning blog, Butter and Brioche, which won both Editor’s and Reader’s Choice in SAVEUR Magazine’s Blog Awards for “The Best Baking and Sweet’s Blog” in 2016. She currently writes a monthly food column for the ABC that charts her baking explorations. Her work has been featured in various online and print publications, such as Food52, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Oprah.com, Cosmopolitan, Teen Vogue, Elle, The Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, Brit + Co, The Kitchn, Yahoo!, The Zoe Report, Bake from Scratch Magazine and Etsy.
